What a day..kena keje plak this saturday..but its ok because at 1pm ade girl-day-out..
it is actually nak celebrate our trainees dekat TORTO yg dah banyakkkkkk tolong kami...thank you thank you so much! hope u guys learn a lot from this industries..
So after this i will get mess againnnn with my workkkkk.*haishhh*
nak buat mcm keje mkn gaji..terpaksa laaa..laen la aklo bapak i ade bukak kilang mknn..
anyway since i handle complanit in my compny, i pon teringin jugak nak buat complaint..see how others handle complaint..hehehe (jahat gileee)..
smlm i ade buat complaint call to one of the big industries in Johor..nak complaint they all punya products yg ade weird smell which can be describe as RANCID...u know what is rancid??hahaha...suprisingly person yg angkat phone bley tnya plak rancid tu ape?????? *bau racun ke kak???eh helllooooooo..well establish company dont know what is RANCIDDDDDD!hurmmm...i left my contact num dengan harapan PIC akan contact me back immediately as what i did while handling complaint..BUT sad to say xcall ponnnnnn!
then dgn marah yg mendidih i pon email they all...tulis pjg lebar lebar...hamek ko die reply balek ckp xtau n xdpt any complaint pon..haishhhh!
tp part yg best they all nak bagi hamper as a token of apology...well to benda biasa yg semua kilang akan buat to close the problem..i pon tanak la lebeh2 kecoh...hukum karma...nnt dpt customer yg complaint same as me...haishhhh...
as a conclusion, malaysian people ni baek hati...dah dpt hamper terus senyapppp mcm aku...hehehehe~
anyway thousand sorry to the kilang yg terlibat..not purposely nk complaint..saje nk belajar from u all..hahahaha!
